In-stock Products:

Average delivery days will be 5 days up to a maximum of 10 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY.

Backorder Products:

For large Backorder products such Bonnets, Doors and Bodykits can be expected 4-12 weeks to arrive at your door depending on the arrivial time of our next container as these products are not economically feasible to be air freighted unless you are willing to pay extra for air freight. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to air freight the product over.

 

International Delivery
(Outside Australia)

CarbonKings DOES ship orders internationally, however we currently do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us to discuss the shipment and price. Extra cost may occurs for international orders.

 

Shipping Damage

CarbonKings carefully packs and checks all products prior to shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer's MUST inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill, receipt or PDA at the driver's presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as CarbonKings from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

All damages must be notified to carrier and CarbonKings within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. CarbonKings will provide any information necessary to assist with the claim. CarbonKings is not responsible for items lost or damaged.
